Realtors in Vicenza
Licensed realtor in northern Italy
About me
After graduating from UCLA and UC Law San Francisco (then UC Hastings), I practiced law in California for many years, mostly in financial services. My expertise and experience as a lawyer in the US formed an excellent foundation for an entrée into Italian real estate because of the many shared legal concepts. In 2021 I obtained my real estate license in Vicenza.
As a licensed English speaking realtor in Italy, I bring the same pragmatic approach that I developed practicing law to help my clients achieve their goals. They appreciate my straight-forward style and deep cultural knowledge. They trust me to guide them successfully through their entire real estate purchase in Italy with professional, boots-on-the-ground representation and bilingual support.
In my spare time I enjoy playing tennis and pickle ball and exploring Italy.
Services
Buying property in Italy is a structured, multi-step process. Unfamiliar business practices, language gaps and cultural nuances can often make Italian real estate seem especially complex.
And quite often things get lost in translation. This can create a lot of anxiety and stress especially for people who don’t speak Italian and want to buy property in Italy.
As a licensed, English-speaking real estate agent in Vicenza, Italy, I provide straightforward advice and information to make the process transparent and manageable. I am with you every step of the way with boots-on-the-ground representation and constant communication. From understanding your budget and criteria, to arranging property visits, performing due diligence, negotiating with the seller and arranging the closing, I will help you achieve your dream of owning a home in Italy.
In my spare time I enjoy playing tennis and pickle ball and exploring Italy.
